This practice brings together all the pieces for complete sadhana that will help you go deeper in meditation.
This group meets from 5:15-6:45 p.m. and includes energization exercises as taught by Paramhansa Yogananda, yoga postures especially those that help relax the body and prepare for sitting meditation, chanting and meditation.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement. All levels and body types are welcome. Please bring your yoga mat if you have one.
