We offer a meditation class every month of the year except December — alternating between the Workshop format and 4 Week Series format.
Saturday Workshops: 9:00 AM – Noon, the 2nd Saturday of the following months:
January, March, May, July, September, November
The 4 Week Series: 5:30 – 6:30 PM, The first 4 Thursdays of the following months:
February, April, June, August, October
